Return & Exchange Policy

Peeraan Studio operates a no return and no refund policy. Returns or exchanges are only accepted in cases where the product has a defect or a size issue caused by Peeraan Studio, subject to the conditions outlined below.

Standard Size Items

Standard-sized items are eligible for exchange only if a defect or size issue from Peeraan Studio’s side is reported within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be:

Unworn, unused, and unwashed
In original condition with tags intact
Returned in original packaging

Custom Size & Measurement Orders

Custom-sized items are final sale.

These items are made specifically according to the measurements provided by the customer and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

Exchange Conditions

Only size exchanges are permitted
A one-time exchange per order is allowed to prevent misuse
If exchanging for another product:

If the new item costs more, the price difference must be paid by the customer
If the new item costs less, the remaining amount may be issued as store credit

Store Credit

Store credit is issued in place of refunds where applicable
It can be used for future purchases and does not expire
Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash
