Mosaic layers color the way its name suggests. A cropped jacket in pale mint is worn open over a teal kurta and wide-leg pants, all in shesha silk, and each piece carries its own pattern.
Design Details
The jacket does the most. It is hand-embroidered in resham silk thread with pink starburst flowers, teal floral sprays and a medallion near each shoulder, and its edges are trimmed with rows of small appliqué triangles in orange, pink and teal. A border of fan-shaped palmettes runs along the hem and wide sleeves, finished with a fringe of embellished drops, and the sleeves show a flash of pink inside. On the back, a large stylized flower in pink, orange and turquoise sits at the center.
Beneath it, the straight kurta falls below the knee, with a notched neckline and a long row of fabric-covered buttons. Small floral bouquets in sage, orange and gold tilla are scattered across it, and the same palmette border finishes the kurta hem and the hems of the wide-leg pants, tying the three pieces together.
Occasion & Origin
Mosaic is made in Pakistan and suits mehndi and dholki events, Eid, daytime celebrations and festive gatherings. Worn without the jacket, the kurta set stands on its own.

All Peeraan Studio pieces are made-to-order. Production begins immediately after an order is placed. Orders are dispatched within up to 4 weeks from the date of order placement.
